Getting started

Create your account, add your first project and go live

Create your account

Chatixy signup takes under a minute - all you need is an email address and a password. After your first login you name your workspace and pick a plan, then you are ready to create a project.

Your 7-day free trial starts when you confirm your email. No credit card is required. You get 25 assistant replies, and your widget goes live on your site during the trial. When the 7 days are up or the replies run out - whichever comes first - the widget switches off until you choose a plan.

Steps

  1. 1

Go to the register page and enter your email and a password.

  2. 2

    Name your workspace

On first login, Chatixy asks for your company or team name.

  3. 3

    Create a project

A project holds one support agent, its knowledge base and its conversations.

Tips

  • Use a shared team inbox as the account email so invoices and alerts reach everyone.

Set up your first project

A project maps to one website you want to support. Inside a project you configure the support agent, connect knowledge sources and review conversations.

The setup wizard walks you through everything with smart defaults: pick a name and avatar for your support agent, choose a brand color, and Chatixy generates the rest. You can change any setting later from the project page.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open Assistants

Click Assistants in the dashboard sidebar and choose Create Support Agent.

  2. 2

    Enter your website URL

Chatixy crawls your pages and trains the support agent automatically.

  3. 3

    Preview the support agent

Test answers in the dashboard preview before publishing anything.

Go live

When the preview answers look right, copy the embed snippet from the project page and paste it into your site. The chat appears immediately - content updates never require a redeploy.

See the Install the support agent article for platform-specific guides (WordPress, Shopify, Wix and plain HTML).

Tips

  • Roll out to a staging site first if you have one - the same snippet works on any domain unless you enable domain lock.
