Pricing questions, answered
Every reply the support agent sends counts as one message. Visitor messages, human agent replies and internal notes are free. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.
Yes - upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Your free trial starts as soon as you confirm your email - no card, nothing to cancel. You get 7 days and 25 assistant replies to try everything. When you are ready, pick a plan and check out securely through Stripe.
We notify you at 80% and 100% of usage. At the limit your support agent pauses with a polite notice and hands new questions to your team inbox, so visitors can always reach you. Enable automatic top-up or buy a message bundle to keep AI replies flowing - or upgrade, which applies immediately.
Yearly plans are billed once per year and give you roughly two months free compared to paying monthly (€190, €490 or €1,490 per year). You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
You get 7 days and 25 assistant replies, starting when you confirm your email. No credit card is required and there is nothing to cancel. Your widget goes live on your site during the trial. When the 7 days are up or the 25 replies run out - whichever comes first - the widget switches off and you choose a plan to switch it back on. Everything you built is kept.
