ChatixySubprocessors
Chatixy relies on a small number of third-party subprocessors to run the service. Each one processes personal data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. This is our current list; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data overall.
1. DigitalOcean - Cloud hosting
Hosts the Chatixy application, database and backups; processes all account and conversation data. Region: European Union.
2. OpenAI - AI answer generation
Receives the relevant parts of your knowledge base and the conversation to generate answers in real time, and does not use that content to train its models. Processing may take place outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
3. Stripe - Payment processing
Processes billing details (name, email, address, VAT ID and card data) for paid subscriptions. Processing may take place outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
4. Brevo - Transactional email
Sends transactional emails such as password resets, verification codes and team invitations; processes the recipient's email address and the message content.
