Why we built Chatixy
Great support has always been a trade-off: hire a bigger team, make customers wait, or paper over the gap with support agents that confidently make things up. None of those felt right to us.
So we built Chatixy around a simple idea - the best answers are already written down somewhere on your site, in your docs and in your policies. Chatixy learns from that content and turns it into an agent that resolves real questions instantly, and quietly hands the hard ones to your team with full context.
We're a small, independent company with no outside pressure to bolt on features nobody asked for. We'd rather do one thing exceptionally well: give every business support that feels personal, even at scale.
Who we are
Chatixy is built and operated by SIA Devoflex, an independent software company registered in the European Union. The same team designs the product, writes the code and answers your support emails.
We're based in Latvia and build for customers worldwide, with EU data residency and GDPR baked in from day one - not added as an afterthought.
