Chatixy adds an AI support agent to any Framer site without custom development. It learns your pages and answers visitors from your own content, handing off to your team when needed.
The Chatixy plugin does the install for you: it writes the loader into your site’s custom code and keeps it fenced off from anything else you have there, so Connect and Disconnect never disturb your own snippets.

Create your agent
Sign up, add your site URL and let Chatixy crawl and train on your pages.
Install the plugin
In the Framer editor open the Plugins menu and add Chatixy AI Support Agent from the Marketplace.
Paste your key
Open the plugin, paste your Chatixy widget key and tick the box confirming your site will load the chat from chatixy.com.
Press Connect
The plugin verifies the key and shows the widget and bot name, so you can tell a live connection from a mistyped key.
Publish your site
Publish - the launcher appears and starts answering questions on every published page.

How do I add a support agent to Framer?
Install the Chatixy AI Support Agent plugin from the Framer Marketplace, open it in the Framer editor, paste your Chatixy widget key and press Connect. Publish your site and the chat appears on every published page.
Do I have to paste any code?
No. The plugin writes the one-line loader into your site’s custom code for you. If you would rather do it by hand, you can still paste the snippet into Site Settings → General → Custom Code, in the “End of <body> tag” field.
Will it overwrite the custom code I already have?
No. The plugin wraps its own snippet in markers and only ever changes what is between them, so anything else in that field is left exactly as it was. Disconnect removes only the Chatixy block.
What does the plugin add to my published site?
One async script tag that loads the chat from chatixy.com on every published page. The chat interface itself runs inside a cross-origin iframe, so it cannot read or change your page; the loader stays on the page only to size that iframe and follow navigation.
Does it work on every Framer page?
Yes. The custom code applies site-wide, so the agent is available on every published page, including CMS pages.
