Create your agent
Sign up, add your store URL and let Chatixy crawl and train on your catalog and pages.
Require the module
In your project root run composer require chatixy/module-chat.
Enable it
Run bin/magento module:enable Chatixy_Chat, then bin/magento setup:upgrade.
Paste your key
In Magento admin go to Stores → Configuration → Chatixy → AI Chat and paste your widget key.
Flush the cache
Flush the cache - the launcher appears and answers shopper questions across your store.

How do I add a support agent to Magento?
Install the module with composer require chatixy/module-chat, enable it with bin/magento module:enable Chatixy_Chat and bin/magento setup:upgrade, then paste your widget key under Stores → Configuration → Chatixy → AI Chat and flush the cache.
Does it work on Adobe Commerce?
Yes. The module targets Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4, and installs the same way on both.
