Install in 4 steps
If you build with a JavaScript bundler, install the official package: npm install @chatixy/widget, then call its loader once when your app starts. It is published on npm, ships TypeScript types, and works the same in React, Vue, Svelte, Angular and Next.js.
If you can edit your site’s HTML instead, paste the single asynchronous script tag - it works on any stack, static HTML and custom CMSes included.
Either route identifies your project with a public key, so there are no secrets in your markup, and neither blocks your page load.

Is there an official npm package?
Yes - @chatixy/widget, published on npm by Chatixy. It wraps the same loader the snippet uses, so anything you can do with the script tag you can do from your bundle.
How do I embed a support agent on my website?
Copy the Chatixy script snippet from your project’s Embed tab and paste it just before the closing </body> tag of your site. It loads asynchronously and appears on every page that includes the snippet.
Does it work with React, Vue or other frameworks?
Yes. Install the official @chatixy/widget package from npm and call its loader once where your app boots - it ships TypeScript types and works the same in React, Vue, Svelte, Angular and Next.js. The plain script tag stays available if you would rather not add a dependency.
