Create your agent
Sign up, add your store URL and let Chatixy train on your catalog.
Copy the snippet
Open your project’s Embed tab in Chatixy and copy the script snippet.
Open your site settings
In the Ecwid admin, open Website and scroll to Advanced website settings.
Add the code
Under Custom JavaScript code click Add Code, paste the snippet and save.
Refresh your store
Reload your Instant Site - the launcher appears and starts answering questions on every page.

How do I add live chat to an Ecwid store?
In the Ecwid admin open Website, scroll to Advanced website settings, click Add Code under Custom JavaScript code, paste the Chatixy snippet and save.
Which Ecwid plan do I need?
Custom code on the Instant Site is available from the Venture plan upwards. The Starter plan does not include it.
My Ecwid store is embedded in another website. What then?
Then install Chatixy on the site that hosts the store instead - WordPress, Wix or whatever it runs on - because that page is what your shoppers actually load.
