The Chatixy Moodle plugin adds the loader to the footer of every page once you paste your widget key in the site administration settings.

Sign up, add your site URL and let Chatixy crawl and train on your content.
Get the plugin
Download the Chatixy plugin zip.
Install it
Upload it under Site administration, Plugins, Install plugins and finish the upgrade.
Paste your key
Open the Chatixy settings under Local plugins, paste your widget key, enable it and save.
Go live
The launcher appears and answers questions on every page.

How do I add live chat to Moodle?
Install the Chatixy plugin from Site administration, Plugins, Install plugins, then paste your widget key in its settings under Local plugins and enable it.
Which Moodle versions does it support?
The plugin ships both the legacy footer callback and the newer hook, so it works on Moodle 3.10 and up including 4.4 and later, where Moodle ignores the legacy callback in favour of the hook.
Does the chat appear on every page?
On every page whose layout renders the standard footer, which covers the normal course and site pages. Embedded and pop-up layouts deliberately omit it.
