Get the plugin
Unzip the Chatixy plugin so it lands at plugins/chatixy/chatixy.
Register it
Open Settings then Updates and Plugins so October picks it up.

Open the Chatixy settings, paste your widget key, enable it and save.
Go live
The launcher appears and answers questions on every page.
