How do I add live chat to Umbraco?
Add the Chatixy.Umbraco NuGet package to your project, rebuild and deploy, then set your widget key in the Chatixy section of appsettings.json.
Do I need to change Program.cs?
No. The package composes itself into the request pipeline on its own, so no startup changes are needed. It does mean a developer has to add the package and redeploy - this is not a back-office install.
Does it run in the back office?
No. Back-office requests are skipped, so the launcher only appears on your public site.
