Chatixy adds an AI support agent to an Odoo Website or eCommerce site. It learns your pages and products and answers shopper questions from your own content, handing off to your team when needed.
The Chatixy module extends the website layout, so the loader appears on every page once you paste your widget key in the website settings.

Create your agent
Sign up, add your site URL and let Chatixy crawl and train on your content.
Get the module
Unzip the Chatixy module into your Odoo addons path.
Install it
Turn on developer mode, update the apps list and install Chatixy AI Chat.
Paste your key
Open the Chatixy section in Website settings, paste your widget key, enable it and save.
Go live
The launcher appears and answers questions on every page.

How do I add live chat to Odoo?
Put the Chatixy module in your addons path, update the apps list in developer mode and install it, then paste your widget key in the Chatixy section of Website settings.
Does this work on Odoo Online?
Odoo Online restricts third-party modules, and Odoo documentation is not consistent about whether that restriction covers modules like this one that add no Python business logic. Treat Odoo Online as unconfirmed and test on a trial database first. Self-hosted and Odoo.sh deployments can install it normally.
Does it work with eCommerce product pages?
Yes - it extends the shared website layout, so shop and product pages are covered along with the rest of the site.
