Sign up, add your store URL and let Chatixy crawl and train on your catalog and pages.
Copy the snippet
Open your project’s Embed tab in Chatixy and copy the script snippet.
Open Design Configuration
In Magento admin, go to Content → Design → Configuration and edit your store view.
Add to HTML Head
Paste the snippet into the “HTML Head” field and save.
Flush the cache
Save and flush the cache - the launcher appears and answers shopper questions across your store.
