A moment that used to cost you the conversation
You are not at your desk. A visitor on the site asks something the assistant cannot settle, and the assistant hands the conversation to your team. Your phone buzzes with a push notification.
You open it and read the whole thread, including what the assistant already answered, so you are not asking the visitor to repeat themselves. You take over with one tap. You reply from the phone, or you dictate a reply from your wrist. The visitor gets an answer while they are still on the page.
That is the whole point of the app: the handoff stops depending on who is near a computer.

Access is protected by mandatory two-factor authentication. The app also supports Face ID or Touch ID app lock and passkeys. This sits alongside how Chatixy already works: EU-hosted with EU data residency, data encrypted in transit with TLS, and never sold or shared.
