Plans, invoices, usage limits and cancellation

Plans

Chatixy has three paid tiers — Starter (€19/mo), Pro (€49/mo) and Business (€149/mo). Yearly billing gives you two months off, and every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I hit my monthly message limit?

Your widget keeps working — we never cut customers off mid-conversation. You get email alerts at 80% and 100% of quota, and you can upgrade or add a message bundle from the billing page.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes — go to Settings → Billing and change the period. The switch is prorated against your unused time.

Invoices and payment methods

Go to Settings → Billing to update your payment method and download all past invoices as PDFs. Invoices include your VAT number if you add it to the billing profile.

Cancellation and data deletion

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which the AI agent and widget stop serving visitors until you resubscribe.

Account deletion permanently removes your projects, knowledge base and conversation history within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.
