Invitations, roles and the permission matrix
Sending invitations
Invite teammates from the Users page. Each invite is an email (or a copyable link) that lets the recipient join your workspace with the role you chose.
Invitations expire after 7 days; you can revoke or resend a pending invite at any time.

Open Users
Dashboard sidebar → Users → Invite member.

Pick a role
Choose what the teammate may see and do (see roles below).

Send or copy the link
They set a password and land in your workspace.
Roles and permissions
Chatixy enforces a permission matrix on both the API and the dashboard UI — items you cannot use are hidden from the sidebar.
- Admin — everything, including billing and roles
- Manager — projects, team and analytics, no billing
- Agent — answer tickets and use team chat
Custom roles can be created on the Roles page by toggling individual permissions.

- Only admins can change billing or delete the workspace — keep at least two admins so you are never locked out.
