Embed guides for HTML, WordPress, Shopify and Wix
The embed snippet
Every project has a unique one-line script tag. Open your project, go to the Embed tab and copy the snippet. Paste it just before the closing </body> tag of your site.
The snippet is asynchronous — it never blocks your page load — and it identifies your project with a public API key, so there are no secrets to protect in your HTML.

Project → Embed tab → Copy snippet.

Paste before </body>
Add it to your site template so it loads on every page.

Reload your site
The launcher bubble appears in the corner immediately.
WordPress
Use any header/footer script plugin (or your theme’s custom code area) and paste the Chatixy embed snippet into the footer scripts section. Save, reload your site, and the widget appears on every page.
No dedicated Chatixy plugin is required — the standard snippet works on every WordPress theme.
Shopify and Wix
Shopify: open Online Store → Themes → Edit code and paste the snippet into theme.liquid just before </body>.
Wix: open Settings → Custom Code, add the snippet to the body-end section and apply it to all pages.
Both take under five minutes.
Verify the installation
After installing, open your site in a private browser window and click the launcher. Send a test question — the conversation should appear in your project’s Tickets view within seconds.

- Use a private window so cached pages and logged-in admin bars don’t mask the widget.
