Chatixy signup takes under a minute — all you need is an email address and a password. After your first login you name your workspace and pick a plan, then you are ready to create a project.

Sign up
Go to the register page and enter your email and a password.

Name your workspace
On first login, Chatixy asks for your company or team name.

A project holds one widget, its knowledge base and its conversations.

Set up your first project
A project maps to one website you want to support. Inside a project you configure the widget, connect knowledge sources and review conversations.
The widget wizard walks you through everything with smart defaults: pick a name and avatar for your agent, choose a brand color, and Chatixy generates the rest. You can change any setting later from the project page.

Open Projects
Click Projects in the dashboard sidebar and choose Create Chat Widget.

Enter your website URL
Chatixy crawls your pages and trains the agent automatically.

Preview the agent
Test answers in the dashboard preview before publishing anything.
Go live
When the preview answers look right, copy the embed snippet from the project page and paste it into your site. The widget appears immediately — content updates never require a redeploy.
